Working within the team, you’ll provide leadership to the frontline staff and as a member of the Delivery Team be responsible for ensuring the deliverables are being achieved and making the best use of available financial, human and physical resources to provide a customer-focused, responsive service delivery team.
You will also be responsible for ensuring a positive Zero Harm culture is continually developed and enhanced, as well as supervising and enhancing processes associated with the provision of physical works including safety, traffic management, quality, environmental, financial, resource management in the delivery of maintenance, capital and emergency works to ensure the outputs meet expectations in the most cost-effective manner.
Additionally, this person will ensure key customer and stakeholder relationships are enhanced as well as good working relationships within the wider team are maintained and developed.
You will actively foster a leading through collaboration and best for network approach.
About you :
You’ll come to us with some solid supervisory experience and an understanding of the contracting industry. You will couple this with strong problem-solving skills, and the drive to deliver projects within timeframes and budgets.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have a full drivers licence and of course be computer savvy.
