Northland DHB bases RMO's at Whangarei Hospital. This is a regional base hospital providing a wide range of services including ED, medical specialties, surgical specialties, ICU, ENT, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Paediatrics, and Psychiatry.

Our house officer rotations are in various departments across Assessment and Rehabilitation, Medical Admitting, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, ENT, ED, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, and Relief.
To be eligible for one of these roles, you must be at a PGY2 House Officer level or above.
