Play a vital role as a Workforce Scheduler in our new workforce management team! In your new role asWorkforce Scheduleryou will be responsible for creating effective, strategic and efficient schedules across several contact centre and business channels.

  • You will be taking into consideration forecasts, local requirements for off-site partners and a 24 / 7 onmichannel environment;
  • all while enhancing our frontline agents work / life balance by building schedules that work for real people. What will I be doing?

    Working with a resource requirement plan and converting this into a schedule for staff Ensuring schedules are workable, meeting both the needs of the business and supporting the agents work / life balance Managing schedules, providing relevant reports and insights into workforce efficiency on a daily and weekly basis Working with the rest of the Workforce Management team to investigate opportunities for operational performance improvement Working with other teams across Customer Operations to ensure consistency & accuracy across all workforce management activity What will I bring?

    Proven scheduling experience in a large contact centre, preferably in an omnichannel, 24 / 7, multi-site environment Knowledge of Workforce Management concepts including forecasting calculations and inputs, shrinkage / overhead, utilisation / occupancy, and how these concepts relate to staffing requirements and performance Excellent analytical skills with strong numerical competency -

    proficiency with Microsoft Excel is expected Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Workforce Management system experience required, preferably Genesys or similar Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field Excellent attention to detail / data accuracy and presentation skills with the ability to multiple task, handle pressure and conflicting priorities This role can be based from either our Auckland or Christchurch offices.
