We have high standards and huge plans.RequirementsWe’re looking for a passionate, ambitious and committed Senior Data Scientist to join our New Zealand based Data Intelligence team.

A Senior Data Scientist at PredictHQ will get to : Conduct research and development on advanced machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling techniques, and predictive modelling to enhance and enrich our data intelligence productsBuild large-scale data science solutions from researching a prototype to productionProactively enhance and improve current intelligence features and modelsProactively enhance and improve data quality.

Automate some of the current manual data tasks to improve the efficiency, accuracy and consistencyWork with data and dev team to deliver data intelligenceMust-haves : 3+ years in a data scientist or machine learning scientist role with Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science backgroundExperience in building large-scale ML solutions from researching a prototype to productionEssential skills include advanced machine learning, advanced statistical modelling, time series modelling, analytical programmingEssential technical skills in SQL, Python or RExperience of R&D in data scienceSoftware engineering skills and the ability to build models at scaleAble to take initiativeTactful and matureAptitude for researchNice-to-haves : Experience in Elasticsearch and AWS redshiftBenefitsCompetitive SalaryHealth InsurancePaid Birthday LeaveHealthy snacksFancy Coffee MachineSocial FridaysWork environment centred on collaboration, agility and funMonthly Events (after all, we can’t be the Event Experts if we don’t have a few of our own!)Our Values
