What You will Be Doing

This job role will be an exciting opportunity for ambitious salespeople. You will be working. within a territory team together with Channel Development Managers.

The Inside Account Manager Commercial is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing DMP’s (Distribution Managed Partners) using the telephone and Web 2.

0 technologies mainly. The IAM will build direct relationships with Partner / Reseller organizations on major opportunities and will work closely with and leverage the selected channel partners to maximize the revenue opportunities within the territory.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

What We Are Looking For

Education and Experience

  • BS / BA or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of channel experience or similar
  • Arrow sales, product & technical certifications preferred.
  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas.
  • Consistent achievement of forecasted revenue targets. (ie. achieving consistent forecast
  • accuracy)

  • Excellent verbal / written skills necessary.
  • Uses telephone & other IT tools to remotely Interface with customers to present Arrow value.
  • proposition to a variety of audiences : IT director and executive level
  • Organize and lead the coordination with partners to facilitate sales.
  • Communicates with the Field sales organization from the CAM / TBM to OD levels & SE to SEM levels
  • Coordinates activities with Marketing, Inside Sales SE & Inside Sales Manager on a regular basis
  • Uses CRM Salesforce tools to facilitate multiple aspects of sales cycle.

  • From time to time, you may be required to do :

  • Drive opportunities for new and existing customers by providing technology new business quotations in the standard Arrow format.
  • Provide support services to resellers in constructing new business quotes; and all aspects of the sales transaction from initial needs consultation through to order tracking and delivery.
  • Provide data and assistance with vendor and internal team sales forecasting.
  • Accuracy in dealing with customer data and systems.
  • Deliver highest possible levels of customer service and establish transaction-level relationships with customers, suppliers, and other Arrow departments.
  • Maintain expert Arrow ECS system knowledge and offer suggestions for enhancements.
  • Contribute to refining transactional workflows and services available to customers.
  • Manage a high volume of email, calls and messaging correspondence.
  • Ensure day to day sales cycles from quoting and order processing done smoothly throughout the day.
  • Generate call reports, and other routine reports to track development and information gathered.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings.
