Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant. Someone able to provide great administrative support and work closely with senior managerial or executive staff.

A successful candidate will have :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • Good typing skills
  • High levels of organisation and self-management
  • Capability to build valuable relationships both internal and external
  • High attention to detail and initiative
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

  • Extensive diary and email management Supporting Executive Leader(s)
  • Coordinating events, meetings, conferences, & workshops
  • Written correspondence on behalf of Manager
  • Managing travel accommodation and logistics
  • Managing accounts administration
  • Supervising or mentoring junior administrators
  • Document management / presentations
