Account Manager About IRI IRI is the leading supplier of integrated big data and insight services to the FMCG industry across Australia and New Zealand fully supported by a global network With a market leading portfolio of clients we source analyse and interpret sales data and shopper behaviours to deliver meaningful market intelligence which enables our clients to make informed decisions about their business brand product and marketing strategies Exceptional client service is a part of everything we do The stuff you ll be doing You will be a data and insights advisor to enable growth for our clients and IRI You will have the opportunity to be assigned as either a Client Lead with direct reports or as a supporting member of the team You will be expected to Develop maintain and execute assigned initiatives from client Account Plans to deliver growth for our clients and IRI Attend and contribute to daytoday client meetings and maintain ongoing daytoday client relationships Demonstrate pitch and provide quotations for appropriate syndicated data access solutions and day to day project brief work Use IRI proprietary software to mine data construct analyses and provide insights as well as present findings to clients Identify new opportunities to grow client and IRI revenue engaging subject matter experts as required If assigned as Client Lead you will be the primary representative of IRI to the client effectively managing the client relationship and overseeing the workload of direct reports Who you are More than 3 years work experience in FMCG or in a related agency role Tertiary qualification in a Business or Management related field is preferred Strong understanding and experience within the FMCG Industry Exceptional client service skills The ability to build and manage relationships Excellent commercial acumen Good knowledge of information processes and systems The proven ability to lead influence and motivate others The ability to plan effectively and then execute to the plan Excellent presentation skills and Business development capability What we offer you We are passionate about creating a work environment that enables individuals to become the best version of themselves Here are some key benefits for our people Flexible working hours Extra leave to encourage time out when you need it Learning and training opportunities to support your individual development and career progression Opportunities to give back to our communities Focus on diversity and inclusion If this sounds like you please click apply now and send your resume and tell us why you would be the best person for this role
