Assisting with the preparation of proposals or tender submissions
A key point of contact for the administrative needs of the teams
Manage onboarding including relevant training in T+T templates
Prepare presentations based on high-level briefs from members of the team
Ensuring that documentation is produced, published, and collated efficiently, you will provide word processing and proof-reading services
Prioritise and manage multiple and changing demands and understand when appropriate escalation or intervention is required
Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders
Developing and sharing communication with managers regarding multiple projects
Providing administrative support as required, , taking minutes, meeting coordination and management, following up on actions, arranging morning teas, email and diary management, formatting of documents, travel arrangements and logistics
Event management logistics and working closely with other Business Services areas across New Zealand
We are looking for someone with :
A proactive approach, to pre-empt business requirements before they happen
A flair for formatting documents and is a MS office superstar / expert
Experience in preparing proposals and tenders
Good problem solving skills in Microsoft Word who has used company templates previously
Expert knowledge & technical strengths in Microsoft Office, Acrobat and Excel, publishing skills, and Sharepoint
High attention to detail and professional standards
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, smart and confident
Sound business acumen, with experience in the creation and analysis of financial and business performance reports
Strong organisational and time management skills - you use common sense and know how to get things done
Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills (with clients and colleagues)
Ability to maintain accurate records and monitor systems as per company procedures and policies
Ability to provide leadership and overall coordination, but still be hands on
Confidence to use judgement and make appropriate decisions
Willingness to take ownership, be proactive, and driven to ensure completion of tasks
Ideally you will have consultancy experience - working with and influencing senior staff and managers. You will demonstrate a sound work ethic, strong communications skills have have the ability to work in an exciting and ever-changing environment.
