Role OverviewProactively manage customer accounts of new and renewed contracts and manage client relationshipsPlan and direct business development and sales activities within NZ to achieve designated sales targets across HVAC, Fire Protection and Electrical activitiesProvide guidance and support to internal resources to ensure consistency with sales methodology, bid management, strategy support and customer managementQualificationsRole requirements include : Develop a business plan covering sales growth, revenue targets, and selling expense controls, meeting agreed budget targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence throughout New ZealandDevelop meaningful and professional customer relationships which add value to our customers and to the wider businessPromote the company’s business delivery model providing suitable products and servicesDeliver agreed business planPrepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to new and existing customersMaintain databases and customer schedules including meeting minutes, historical information and other communications to allow prompt follow up on progress.

Develop customer retention and growth plans for existing customersTeam player - Collaborate with the team, including Branch Managers, and Administration teams to drive business growth through the identification of sales opportunities that are beneficial to our customers and the overall businessParticipate in structured account performance meetings and engage with customer management contacts, presenting quality account and performance informationIdeally conversant with CRM tools such as SalesforceENGIE Services is transforming its businesses as we enhance our operations to secure and deliver projects and service contracts that will be the future of our business and growth strategy.
