As a Systems Architect, you will play a key role in the Agile Release Train (ART) in ACCs adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
The SysArch describes the solution intent, determines the primary components and subsystems, identifies interfaces and highlights technical challenges.
The role defines Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and guides Enablers through Program planning and delivery. They work closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and the Product Manager, customers and suppliers to ensure the solution is fit for purpose.

What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role :
You're someone who can collaborate with ACC Enterprise and Domain Architects in identifying and defining Features and Enablers
You'll contribute to pre-Programme Implement Planning (PIP) and the PIP sessions themselves by leading architecture discussions
Minimum seven years working as a Senior Solution Architect or equivalent
Proven experience of working within a SAFe Agile Release Train
Well-developed interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills with the ability to engage at Senior Management and Executive level
Ability to produce well-structured and easily understood documentation and make persuasive presentations that can be understood by senior management, peers and customers
Proven experience in the delivery of complex architectures with an appreciation of the working components within the business, applications and technology domains
Sound understanding of architectural principles, practices and processes as applied in the delivery of fit for purpose enterprise solutions
