Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities brings together the three existing agencies of Housing New Zealand, HLC and KiwiBuild to form a new organisation.
We do amazing, important work. We contribute to thriving communities that provide New Zealanders with good quality, affordable homes.
Our work supports people to have good access to jobs, amenities and services; as well as improving the wellbeing of current and future generations.
We do this by being a world class public housing provider, and partnering with others to deliver urban development projects.

The KiwiBuild programme provides the opportunity for a step-change in the housing and construction sector by increasing land and house supply, investigating major greenfield and urban regeneration projects and exploring innovative ways to address market constraints.
We now have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Development Manager - Underwrite to join our KiwiBuild team and be based in Auckland.
This unique role is focussed on delivering the 'Buy off the Plans' components of the work programme, which includes underwriting the procurement of affordable housing outcomes, undertaking due diligence and contracting.
