We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conduct Analyst to join our busy Conduct team. This exciting new role is all about helping lead Kiwibank's delivery of good customer outcomes.

You will be developing, refining and analysing good customer outcome (GCO) metrics to produce insightful and meaningful reporting.

This role will help lead Kiwibank's delivery of good customer outcomes. You will be an integral part of the Conduct team that provides oversight, challenge and advice to help drive and support the continued conduct and culture maturity journey of Kiwibank.

  • In order to be successful in this role, you will have : Proven analytical skills;Strong communication skills, verbal and visual, with an ability to communicate complex concepts simply to different audiences;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload well and meet deadlines through effective prioritization;
  • The ablilty to build and maintain successful, professional working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organization;
  • Can do' proactive approach, with a desire to be part of a high performing, collaborative team;MS Office skills and proven strength in Excel and PowerPoint;
