We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take on their next challenge in our Corporate Solutions team, based in Wellington .
This senior position will lead a large client account nationwide; managing a team and a portfolio of diverse properties.

Manage relationships with a key client
Strategic asset planning and management
Leadership, mentoring, professional development, and oversight of team members on the portfolio
Ensure overall financial performance of the account
Provision of overall services, including relevant resourcing
Assist to develop and implement the overall strategy of the Corporate Solutions business
Identify and drive opportunities for the Corporate Solutions business
Proven property management experience at an intermediate or senior level
Ability to lead and mentor others
