  • Build long term customer relationships and manage all aspects of the selling and customer service processes as the face of Henkel’s Schwarzkopf brand for your customers
  • Maintain contact with your customers in accordance with a call plan and customer requirements.
  • Be up to date on knowledge of new products, competitive products and other general market information of interest or value to customers.
  • Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management.

  • Maintain activity records and report on all phases of field activities while ensuring that business activities comply with legal and ethical demands.
  • Manage all aspects of your own merchandising team to ensure a high merchandising standard instore in line with Henkel and customers objectives, within our allocated spend targets

  • Two to three (2-3) years sales experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Has intermediate computer skills
