What's the job?
Based at our beautiful John Flynn Retirement Village in Burwood East, you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to :
Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents
Coordinate, motivate and develop your team
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Provide support to your clinical manager
We have a three exciting leadership roles available.
Low Care Unit Coordinator (RN) working Tuesday to Saturday 0700 - 1500
Special Care Unit Coordinator (RN) working Tuesday to Saturday 0700 - 1500
Serviced Apartment Unit Coordinator (RN) working Sunday to Thursday 0800 - 1600
Please note these roles require working one weekend day. Please specify in your cover letter what role(s) you are interested in.
Who are you?
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have :
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse and current APC
The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
