The Senior Lifeguard provides support in the daily operational management of the pool through monitoring of the Lifeguard team, water quality and maintaining a clean and safe pool environment.

Along with supervising pool users ensuring a safe and fun environment for all and rotating around different stations and pools all while interacting and building relationships with our customers.

What will you be doing?

  • Assisting with pool operations
  • Monitoring water quality
  • Maintaining a clean and safe pool environment
  • Supervising pool users
  • Supervising Lifeguards
  • Ensure adequate pool chemicals are available
  • What experience / skills do you need?

  • Confidence in swimming Able to swim 200m within 5 mins
  • Current First Aid Certificate is preferred
  • Experience as a lifeguard is preferred
  • Experience in pool monitoring is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm and responsibility
  • Strong communication and high work standards
  • Great work ethics and a team player attitude
  • Experience in a customer service role or similar preferable
