NASC Administration Support

Permanent Part time

Needs Assessment & Service Co-Ordination ( NASC ) Services in Lakes district undertakes comprehensive health needs assessments for older people with a disability, people who require short term community support services, and people under 65 who have long term chronic conditions.

Reporting to the Team Leader NASC, the NASC Administration Support person will provide Office support duties which include data entry using databases, collating data reports, invoicing, letters, minute taking, reception duties including telephones and Office supplies.

The following attributes are essential for this role :

  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in invoicing
  • Experience in Administration / clerical duties
  • Experience in Data Entry, Extraction and preparation of data reports
