We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our friendly Finance team based in beautiful Te Aroha. We are looking for someone that really enjoys working as part of a supportive team, has a positive can-do attitude, works hard to get the job done, and enjoys a good laugh.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the automated processing of a high volume of daily receipts, dealing with receipting queries and transfers, completing daily bank reconciliations, processing and monitoring direct debits.
You will also be initiating and monitoring the collection of overdue accounts, including negotiating payment arrangements with customers and liaising with our external debt collection agency, solicitors and mortgagors.
To thrive in this role you will have exceptional communication skills, will be highly organised, methodical, have a keen eye for detail, good investigation skills, be computer savvy and get a kick out helping people.
Ideally you'll have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
