    The Customer Design and Delivery team within Retail Product develop market propositions and manage solutions that enhance the performance of key customer segments, to deliver good customer outcomes and be brilliant when it matters.

    What you will do

    As Portfolio Manager and part of a tight-knit team, you will be a subject matter expert for the development and delivery of connected customer conversations, with a particular focus on remediation and good customer outcomes.

    As a key member of a newly formed 'customer remediation squad', you will be responsible for the development and delivery of remediation communications to customers.

    This will involve synthesising customer insights and sources of data to identify and inform customers on remediation activity.

    You will design, develop and deliver customer journeys and customer value propositions, plan and execute the timely delivery of communications as well as analyse and prepare post-implementation reviews to continuously improve the customer experience.

    You will establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders in Product, Marketing and Data, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve better customer and organisational outcomes.

    Tracking the effectiveness and impact of these customer conversations, you will communicate the outcomes to your stakeholders and the wider business.

    What we are looking for

    In developing and delivering propositions to prioritised segments, you will be valued for your action-oriented attitude, your collaboration skills, and your ability to solve problems to deliver within deadlines.

    Remediations are delicate conversations, and we need someone who is a critical thinker and can deal with complexity.

    You will be highly customer-focused and a natural at building and leveraging stakeholder relationships at all levels. Ideally you will have project delivery experience to enable you to successfully support and deliver customer led strategies.

    We are looking for someone with experience in core product, marketing and / or operational delivery within distribution environments within the financial services sector.
