The purpose being to promote a sound and dynamic monetary and financial system.About the roleThe role works as part of the Digital Strategy Team who are responsible for the strategy and planning of technology and data architecture requirements of the organisation.
You will be a key member of the team, delivering infrastructure architectures and supporting projects to realise busines and infrastructure initiatives.
DutiesContribute to the technology direction for both on premise and cloud infrastructureLead and implement the infrastructure and services strategic technology roadmapsReview, develop and enhance the solution design practice for the infrastructure services team to ensure technology solutions are flexible, scalable and innovativeWork with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document and prioritise business and technology opportunitiesAnalyse and evaluate possible vendor technolgy and services portfolios to complement infrastructure deliveries, leveraging where appropriate all of the government technology solutions that add valueProvide quality assurance and advice to all of the organisations departments on cloud technologies and servicesProvide technical leadership and mentoring on cloud architecture for infrastructure related work processesSkills and ExperienceExperience with the implementation of Cloud based services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and SaaS products8+ years experience int IT Operations environments and in designing and deploying solutions covering communications network, server and storage and digital workplace servicesUnderstanding and practical skills in architecture modelling methodologies and tools such as TOGAFProven experience leading and mentoring technical teamCompany CultureThis company values its people.
