We strive for doing great work and cultivating a supportive, respectful and fun company culture.Job DescriptionTake responsibility for the digital product delivered by MBM through directing digital strategy, platform and infrastructure recommendations, and the planning, activation management and reporting of digital media campaigns.

Pro-actively service business needs and future-proof MBM clients as they progress their digital marketing and data capabilities.

This role manages an Associate Digital Manager.What you will doBusiness Development : Work in conjunction with MBM Partners, Business Directors and / or Digital Directors to encourage increased client investment and / or trial of digital activity and / or test scenariosWork with Digital Director to correctly manage scope and identify opportunities for incremental revenue.

Account Management : Work with clients to maximise their digital activitiesManage client accounts through regular WIP attendance, contact reports and opportunity identification with support of Associate Digital ManagerProject Management : With supporting ADM oversee the input of internal specialists, both delivery partners (platforms team, implementation team) as well as specialist teams (SEO, Analytics, Content)With supporting ADM work with external suppliers to negotiate buy and ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Digital Strategy : Take client or internal briefs and develop a strategic approach and supporting digital plan, with Digital Directors support on framework, measurement plan and audience strategySource with ADM assistance target audience information and insights to help develop the media strategy and plan.

Media Planning / Buying : Support where appropriate the ADM in liaising with creative partners and contributing to creative material developmentDeliver an in-depth understanding of digital tools and platform opportunities to set robust measurement and targeting optionsWith support of ADM manage purchase of contract media with publishers, ensuring all insertion orders are consistent with the approved planManage billing and reconciliations with supporting ADM and business team oversight.

Implementation and Reporting : Oversee the campaign and platform implementation, taking accountability for buying application of the audience strategyClearly brief internal specialist teams and external partners on campaign changes as required by the client.
