Our Customer Service Representatives provide a balance between administration and customer service, while also being centralised to provide support to a large group of Auckland & Whangarei locations.
These team members are a vital part of our customer journey, so delivering an exceptional customer experience is a must! If you share our enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations, we want to hear from you!
The basics :
Permanent role, based on 30 hours per week but hours can increase over the summer months
Based in Wairau Valley, North Shore
Rotating roster with occasional weekend shifts
No unsociable hours, cold calling or selling!

What you would do as our CSR :
Delight our customers and ensure their problems are solved with real care
Be the go-to person for our teams of technicians
Accurately complete administrative duties such as invoicing and procurement requests
Be a bubbly and professional team player!
You'll need to :
Have proven customer service experience
Be an excellent spoken and written communicator, who can think on your feet and provide out of the box solutions
Be technically apt, and able to pick up new technology and systems quickly and accurately
Have a strong work ethic, enjoy helping people, and be a committed team player
Applicants must have a minimum of a current NZ restricted drivers licence or overseas equivalent.
