We are looking for an inspirational Clinical Nurse Lead who is looking for their next challenge to support a newly formed highly motivated team of Nurses, Caregivers, Memory Care Lead and Diversional Therapy and Activity staff to deliver quality care in our purpose-built new facility.

Reporting to the Care Centre Manager this role provides leadership, support and clinical guidance to the Care Centre team spanning care centre residents, memory care and serviced apartments residents.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your clinical expertise to the advantage of the residents and to enable the team to deliver on the person-centred model of care.

  • Providing clinical guidance and leadership to the Care Centre team
  • Support the Care Centre Manager and ensure a consistent leadership approach to the team
  • Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme
  • Liaison with stakeholders in partnership with the Care Centre Manager to ensure care and services are well co-ordinate
  • Who are we looking for?

  • A Registered Nurse with recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight and resident centred approach
  • A mentor to support, train and develop the Caregiving team
  • A skilled communicator who has effective relationships building abilities
  • An InterRAI trained RN who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning
  • An Registered Nurse with three years or more senior nursing experience in Aged Care
  • Preferably you will have a nursing portfolio at Level 3 or 4
