As a Customer Service and Relationships Manager, you will be ensuring that the highest level of customer service standards is met, review customer services, and maintain sound customer relations, motivate, lead and work alongside your experienced and dedicated team.
Some of the highlights of your position would be, you will be managing a small Customer Service team, ensuring the delivery of superior customer service and support, ensuring appropriate training to enable efficient resolution and support.
You will also interpret workflows for resourcing, scheduling, and prioritising workloads, identify and implement the process improvements within Customer Service environment.
Providing solutions and measures that enables the team to provide sound advice to the individual customers and companies contracted.
The successful applicant will need : Experience in relevant field with an ability to organize and manage the operations of the business autonomouslyProven experience in a similar business / industryNatural leadership ability in a customer service environmentExceptional relationship building and communication skillsKnowledge of cost and resource managementStrongly commitment with consistent work historyRelevant qualificationTo be able to work flexible, long and weekend hoursApplicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
