Newmarket, AucklandFull-time, PermanentWe are currently looking to recruit a Cleaning Team Leader for a role based in Newmarket.
As a Cleaning Team Leader you will be responsible for : The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and performance.
Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the buildingTo ensure that sufficient staffing levels are maintained in the area to meet the business needs.
To inform the Manager of any concerns or issues regarding the welfare, behaviour or performance of staff.Reviewing work schedulesEnsuring that the team provide excellent customer care at all timesThe successful candidate for this role will have : Previous experience in a cleaning environmentPrevious experience of managing a team and a demonstrable ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures, in particular in relation to Health & SafetyA full licence and car for safe transport to the job locationGood interpersonal skillsNZ permanent residency or a valid visaA cleaning qualification or equivalent is also desirable, but not essential.
You will work Monday to Friday and this will be between the hours of 5 : 30pm to 11 : 15pm.
