Weprovide innovative and high-quality cardboard packaging to the dairy,horticulture, industrial and food sectors.

We have an opportunity for an experiencedcustomer service rep to join our busy team on a 9-month fixed term basisworking Monday to Friday 8.

30am 5.00pm. The role is based at our CorrugatedCase business in Mangere Bridge, Auckland.

  • Thisis a solution-based manufacturing environment where each call and each day willbe different.
  • 3-5years’ customer service or sales support experience from a manufacturing or aservice orientated environment is required.
  • Youwill possess the ability to prioritise tasks in an efficient manner, beattentive to detail, handle situations professionally, and be thoroughlyorganised with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fastand Accurate Data Entry (Alpha and Numerical) skills are essential
  • Intermediate / AdvancedExcel and Microsoft Office skills are a must
  • We arelooking for a person who is used to thinking outside the square and can takeownership of their work. Thinking on your feet is what you do best and fastpaced is second nature to you.
