Key requirements for the role include :

  • A current LCQ / managers licence
  • At minimum of 6 months experience as a Duty Manager
  • Able to open the venue and cash-up with ease
  • An out-going individual who gets on well with the existing team
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety
  • Enthusiastic about learning more such as Pokies
  • Ideally knowledge of wage costs and targets
  • Strong food & beverage knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience managing teams
  • Leadership skills
