We are seeking a great retail leader who can bring passion and leadership to our store. If you have "Big Box" retail experience in a Department Management or you have been a Store Manager in a smaller retail store, we are keen to see your application.

We are requiring a proven, dynamic "people-focused" leader who understands the importance of coaching, training, developing and empowering their team to deliver outstanding results.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to :

  • Coach and develop a frontline leadership team
  • Implement strategic plans and execute a consistent customer offer
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of 25+ people in a "Big Box" retail environment
  • Provide effective planning & organisation
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Drive a high-performance culture and create an enjoyable workplace
  • You will be supported by your Complex Manager, and every function of our National Support Centre Team to assist you in performing your role to the highest level.
