We're Bunnings, and we're all about providing the best home improvement across Australia and New Zealand. We're all about offering our customers the widest range of D.

I.Y. products at the lowest prices, but best of all providing a service that is second to none.

Our warehouses provide an endless source of inspiration. Working in our warehouses, you not only get to wear jeans to work, you'll sport the unmistakable red shirt and green apron, ready to lend a helping hand.

Just like any home improvement project, the challenges we face can be both simple or complex, changing everyday depending on the people who walk through our stores.

That's why we do what we do, building solutions to everyday problems.

We are seeking a great retail leader who can bring passion and leadership to our store. If you have "Big Box" retail experience in a Department Management or you have been a Store Manager in a smaller retail store, we are keen to see your application.

We are requiring a proven, dynamic "people-focused" leader who understands the importance of coaching, training, developing and empowering their team to deliver outstanding results.

We provide you with the chance to advance your career in an autonomous environment where your decisions help shape our business.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to :

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Drive a high-performance culture and create an enjoyable workplace
  • You will be supported by your Complex Manager, and every function of our National Support Centre Team to assist you in performing your role to the highest level.

Most importantly you know the value of fun and energy in the workplace and how your enthusiasm, drive and passion motivate your team

What's in it for you :

  • Competitive salary package
  • Team member and partner discount
  • The opportunity to participate in Wesfarmers Share Plan
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave for eligible team members
  • Access to discounted offers from corporate partners
  • Ongoing career development and training
  • Work in a fun and informal team
  • Flexibility in an inclusive work environment
  • Chances to create a real difference in your community and environment
  • Retaining an inclusive, family feel while growing into one of Australia and New Zealand's largest and most widely recognised brands has come naturally to us and we'd love to welcome you to the family.
