Due to an internal promotion we are currently seeking a Contact Centre Representative to join our great team based at our support office in Ellerslie.

In this role you will be attending to both Inbound and Outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered on every call and that all queries are dealt with in a timely and knowledgeable manner.

As well as offering excellent customer service, this role will also involve recognising and acting upon sales leads from Cash Now, Web, Email and Finance & Insurance enquiries.

It goes without saying that you have fantastic communication skills; both verbal and written and your ability to relate to customers of various backgrounds will be most welcomed here.

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes :

  • Previous experience in a customer services role;
  • Time management skills and ability to follow process;
  • A willingness to learn and be innovative;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • A real team player as well as being able to work autonomously;
  • Computer literacy, intermediate Word / Excel.
  • Experience in the Finance and / or Insurance industry will be an advantage however extensive training on our systems, products and services will be provided to the successful candidate.

    This is a full time role and as we operate over 7 days a week, you may be required to work one day in the weekend. During the 4-6 week training period however, the days of work will be Monday to Friday.
