Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working collaboratively with regional colleagues role of the regional service manager is to provide effective leadership and efficient management of services that deliver outstanding employment outcomes.
We have recently redesigned our service delivery approach and reshaped the operational structure into eight regions across New Zealand.
We have a strong team with two vacancies for two full-time Regional Service Managers in the Lower South Island and in Bay of Plenty / Hawkes Bay regions.
The Regional Service Manager will be responsible for : Delighting our jobseekers and employers through the consistent delivery of quality service and outstanding employment outcomesProviding staff with clear leadership and direction that supports Workbridge’s strategic direction and business planDeveloping and executing a regional business planFacilitating and developing meaningful and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in your regionThe successful candidate will haveA background in customer focused service delivery, customer centric approachA proven record of developing and managing high performing teamsA leadership style that engages and connects staff across multi-site teamsDemonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships internally and with relevant stakeholders as well as being a proven influencerLived or personal experience of disabilityA clear understanding of the disability and employment sectors will be a significant advantage for success in this role and we encourage candidates with lived experience of disability to consider this exciting leadership opportunity.
