OurLaboratory has both a permanent position and a 4 month fixed term position availablewithin our Dispatch team based in Hamilton.

Our organisation offerscomprehensive on the job training for our team members.

The hours for this positions are : -

Fixed Term Position - 20hrs per week Friday to Mondayevenings, 3.30pm-7.30pm (weekend start and finish times are flexible)

Permanent Full Time Position - 40hrsper week (days and hours as per a team roster, will likely include weekendwork)

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing complex sampling kits for delivery / customer collection
  • Liaising with our courier service, customers and Client Services Managers
  • Receiving / storing inwards goods
  • Monitoring stock levels / restocking when required
  • Please note : Some lifting is required in this role

  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Basic Word & Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a small team, but also autonomously
  • Candidates with experience in logistics and dispatch are preferred
