Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
The Urban Development and Delivery (UDD) Group is responsible for delivering Kāinga Ora's large scale complex and greenfield development projects.
As Senior Project Manager you will manage the civil delivery and land development activity. This role will initially focus on the Mangere Development which will build 10,000 houses over the next 20 years, however input and skillsets are shared across the full programme of works.
Leading a small team, you will provide direction and advise the development team on project scope, cost, deliverables, activities and resources required for the development, provide key input and advice through the development of feasibility and business cases and ensure that decisions are made on an informed basis, and then take a lead role in the delivery of the agreed civils and land development activity.
