We pride ourselves on kotahitanga and working collaboratively in the service and advocacy of our communities.Reporting to the Kaiwhakahaere, Kaimahi Māori Experience, you will lead mahi pertaining to the attraction, recruitment and talent pipelines for Māori.

You will support the delivery of Pūmanawa Tāngata, the People Plan for Te Toka Tumai. Our commitment to you is supporting your development and journey into your aspirations.

He kōrero mōu About youYou will possess a growth mind-set, be willing to give new things a go and work in an agile way to support talent sourcing and talent management for Māori.

Integral to this role is the strong ability to whakawhanaungatanga and nurturing the relationships with all whom you engage.

To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and achieving equitable outcomes for Māori
  • HR Management or Health related Bachelor’s degree with a minimum five years’ work experience
  • Proficiency in Te Reo and Tikanga Māori
  • Whakapapa Māori or proven strong links to Māori iwi, hapū or communities
  • Knowledge of talent pipelines and the various stakeholder groups associated to the pipelines
