    In thisrole, you would have the opportunity to :

  • Provide exceptional customer experiencethrough quality interactions that meet customers’ financial transaction needsat the first point of contact
  • Undertake cash management requirements in anaccurate and efficient manner in line with bank process and policy requirements
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Identify any product that may benefit thecustomers and refer them on to the relevant person or area of the Bank to helpthem further
  • Demonstrate living the ANZ Values withcustomers and colleagues

    Role Type 12 months fixed-term part-time opportunity (22.5 hours)

    ANZ’sRetail and Business Banking unit is made up of our extensive branch network,Contact Centres, Business Banking team, and Broker and Mobile mortgage managerunits.

    Our frontline teams are supported by our Products, Digital Channels,Sales & Service Performance, Merchant Business Solutions, Risk and CustomerInsights teams.
