As an Assistant Customer Service Manager, you will train and develop staff as well as deliver sales plans, rosters and merchandising.

Enjoy being accountable for the ordering of stock to guidelines and budgets.

This role includes 45 hours per week across Sunday-Thursday.

To be successful in this role, you'll

  • Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
  • Previous supermarket experience in a supervisory or managerial position
  • Naturally you’re physically fit and are used to standing while you work
  • You understand the importance of communicating and supporting your team
  • Mitigating absences and provide assistance with seasonal uplifts and busy periods throughout the week
