The friendly and successful team at our Hunters Plaza Branch, located within the Counties Region, are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
You will be on the frontline delivering an unbeatable experience to our customers. You will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests, constantly going above and beyond, as well as spotting opportunities where you can make meaningful product and service recommendations.
We are looking for applicants who are able to build strong relationships, can think on their feet, enjoy providing good customer outcomes and who have an affiliation with online and digital channels.
You will need to be confident asking the right questions, tailoring solutions for individual customers, and educating them on making their banking easier and convenient.
This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week. Due to customer requirements, the branch is open on Saturdays -
so you will need to be prepared to work Saturdays but you would still have Sundays and another day off during the week.
