As a temporary Receptionist you will interact with different people on a daily basis. You will work for a great company with a fantastic culture where you will be kept busy.

As the face of the company, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and central to our clients’ experiences.

You will need to have a helpful and positive attitude whether it is over the phone or face to face. This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone who is adaptable to change.

Key duties :

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the front desk
  • Answering all incoming calls with a positive and enthusiastic manner and transferring accordingly
  • Meeting and greeting off all visitors
  • Keeping reception and internal meeting rooms tidy
  • Arranging couriers and transport as and when needed
  • Keeping the kitchen tidy
  • Database management
  • Stationary orders
  • Assisting with internal administration for the wider team
  • Key attributes :

  • A warm, personable and can do attitude
  • Ability to work within a busy environment
  • 2 years previous frontline reception experience is essential
  • Intermediate / advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Outstanding communication skills
