You will have overall responsibility for the customer experienceand stakeholder relationships while ensuring financial targets areestablished and achieved.
To be considered for this role you will have a proven trackrecord in managing and coaching a large team of front line staff.
Experience in driving a customer centric approach to the provisionof programmes and services is essential, while establishing andmaintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders will besecond nature.
You will also be able to demonstrate your ability tosuccessfully manage all aspects of the profit and loss to highlightyour business acumen.
