The Role;
Create, drive and deliver customerexperiences worth driving past the competition for
Lead a team of 200 and provide them an awesome place to work
Deliver strong growth by listening to your customers and understandingthe competition
Build the stores long-term strategy and then execute it on a day to daybasis
Living in the upper north you’ll connect with community everyday todrive customer loyalty and satisfaction!

Understandthe commercial side a retail business and ultimately, how to trade the box!
