This is youropportunity to join our Albany based Support Centre on a 12-monthfixed term basis as SC Accounts Administrator.

Thepurpose of this position is to provide an efficient, accurate and high-qualityadministration service for Mitre 10 Imports Limited and the Mitre 10 SupportCentre.

Reporting to the Accounting Services Manager you’ll be responsible for but notlimited to : -

  • Ensure accurate invoicing is in place for members and suppliers.
  • Confirm all Mitre 10 Import invoices are complaint and correspond with associated shipping documentation.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly aged debtor reporting.
  • Co-ordinate with the Imports Department where required for resolving issues with orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Identify overdue accounts and contact members, or customers regarding payment and liaising with wider finance team as required.
  • Your skillsinclude :

  • 2+ years Accounts Payable / Receivable experience preferable.
  • Previous exposure to a medium / large ERP system.
  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
