3 Month Contract

We are looking for a customer-focused, technically competent IT professional to provide onsite 2nd and 3rd level support to the Desktop environment of a key client in Wellington.

This includes laptop configuration, Windows Operating System and Desktop Management client software, and some applications.

Working with Fujitsu's system management processes and tools, you will provide quality service within agreed service delivery timeframes.

The goal will be to provide on-going support to ensure smooth and efficient customer operations that maximise customer satisfaction.

This is a 3 month contract role, starting as soon as possible.

Core Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

  • PC Support experience in Windows end-user environments
  • Confidence across multiple systems and ability to work self-sufficiently; with outstanding problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer focus, with proven ability to build and develop strong customer relationships
  • Major vendor PC product experience (e.g. Lenovo, HP, Acer, Dell) and experience resolving desktop problems within a controlled SOE environment (fix once, solve many)
