    Outline Specific Responsibilities Of Work To Be Done In This Role

    Development and presentation of annual business plan for New Zealand

  • Development of beverage strategy
  • Development of integrated marketing calendar
  • Ongoing provision of beverage insights to support core menu
  • Integration of npd programmes into Stage / Gate project management
  • Engagement with Australian business to leverage key initiatives from Australian market
  • Development of E-Commerce plan for New Zealand in conjunction with Customer Commercial

  • Development of E-Commerce Strategy
  • Development of integrated Bottler plan CCA
  • Ongoing provision of insights and support
  • Engagement with Australian business to leverage key initiatives from Australian market
  • Project manage customer execution and Non-QSR Tender projects

    Prioritise, develop, sell-in (present) and execute marketing programs for New Zealand and Pacific Islands

  • Project management of all npd initiatives
  • Development and implementation of Coke / McDonalds joint volume driving promotions
  • Delivery of brand aligned initiatives
  • Develop and deliver beverage communication strategy utilising global and local insights
  • Management of McDonalds match marketing funds
  • Manage expectations of all system stakeholders (both TCCC and McDonalds and Bottler)

  • Delivery of system agreed reporting functions
  • Provision of relevant business reports to local CCO / CCA
  • Drive customer management excellence in partnership with CCA
  • Leverage and build value added relationships with the customer and bottler senior management

  • Development and execution of engagement plan
  • Franchisee contact / liaison
  • Qualifications & Experience required :

  • Marketing or Business degree preferred
  • Experience in marketing, national business management essential
  • 6 years Commercial relationship management experience
  • Travel Requirements
  • 15% regional and international travel.
