Reporting to the Chief Executive, we are seeking a leader with a "can-do" attitude for the position of Clinical Executive, Mental Health and Addictions to lead the implementation of our Integrated Service Model.
This is the vehicle by which MDHB will implement the DHB's strategy (displayed as Appendix B in the Job Description). At maturity, the Integrated Service Model will deliver an integrated health and social system that ensures individuals, patients, family / whanau and communities are the centre of everything we do.
Working alongside the Operational Executive you will have a critical role in the transformation of mental health and addiction service delivery in our area.
This role forms part of the Executive Leadership Team and is expected to contribute to overall organisation decision-making, communication, and building a high performing culture while demonstrating commitment to Treaty partnership through purposeful actions.
