We are getting ready for our environment post NTT by initially setting up an interim support team. These roles have been set up as interim roles in the yet to be finalised new ICT team.
They will help to establish the technical specialist and service capabilities in the team.
You will be learning on the job by being available for the knowledge transfer that will occur from the Right Foundation project handover processes.
At the same time our new ICT services will be defined and set in place as we move through this transitional period. You will be part of the action!
We are looking for individuals with the appetite to learn, have a growth mind set and who are comfortable working in an evolving technical environment with lots of opportunities to explore new things.
You must have a structured approach to trouble shooting and problem solving.
In this role you will support the new O365 product suite and start to establish the service support model with the help of the Service Process Lead.
As well as providing support to end users you will be responsible for admin, management and reporting function in our new cloud and O365 environment.
