Health Workers in the Outreach Immunisation Service work in a small and supportive team, where collaboration and teamwork are a priority.

You would be working alongside Plunket Nurses to deliver Immunisation Service to the Counties Manukau Area in homes and the community.

The Health Worker role will be based from 11 Vogler Drive, Wiri, Manukau on a Fixed Term Basis until March 2021. There will be a part time contract available from March 2021.
