    As the Change and Communication Manager, you will lead in defining, developing, and driving the execution of the overall Change Management Strategy and Plan for Optimisation Priority areas, and support the Directorate Portfolio initiatives in delivering comprehensive communication and engagement plans.

    Partnering with the People and Culture and the Customer and Community Services Lead Team is also crucial in this role in order to assess, define and develop a capability strategy to meet critical skill gaps and to implement transformation objectives and the strategic plan

    It is essential that you have at least 10 years of experience working in Change Management and / or Business Transformation in large complex settings, requiring strategic impact, financial acumen, and management of stakeholder pressures

    Your proven ability to understand best-practice customer service systems and processes, combined with your innovation and process / system (and cultural) improvement skills is paramount for this role.

    Since you will lead a diverse range of activities covered within the portfolio, particularly with respect to the successful delivery of customer service functions and organisational transformation, your excellent communications, commercial orientation, along with your high-level strategic policy analysis, formulation and implementation will contribute to your success in the role.
