We are seeking an enthusiastic clinical director to provide clinical leadership to the BSWN. This is an exciting role with a real opportunity to make a difference.
The successful candidate will be committed to clinical leadership and to working in partnership with the key stakeholders to further develop and maintain a high quality BSWN service.
A strong interest in clinical governance, quality improvement and medical education are essential.We have a multi-skilled team and the development of special interests is supported.
On-going education is encouraged and supported. There are regular multi-disciplinary meetings with the specialities being involved which allows for a close collegial working environment.
To be successful in this role you will ideally need to have at least 5 years' experience as a Senior Medical Officer, team leadership experience, a strong patient-centred focus and enjoy the challenges of providing services to a diverse community.
It is an essential requirement that your leadership and working style models the WDHB values. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate strategic medical leadership.
