Situated in the Census Communications and Engagement Unit, this Wellington based fixed term role (ends June 2023) will support the communications and marketing team in the development and execution of marketing and advertising materials for the 2023 Census.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Communications and Marketing you'll work across the census programme with a range of stakeholders, as well as with external partners to deliver high quality advertising and engagement
Working in a small but high functioning team, this role will support the Senior Advisor Marketing across all aspects of the campaign development, whilst still having autonomy and ownership of some marketing outputs.
You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across communications, digital channels, community engagement, customer engagement, accessibility and translations as well as operational teams (in the field).
You will also work closely with our advertising, design and media agency, and external research
This is an opportunity to be involved in a high profile national campaign, where we will reach everyone in New Zealand on Census Day.
