As a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this, from greeting the customer as they enter to the store, helping out the customer find the right product, processing the sale at the till, through to ensuring the shelves are adequately stocked and the store maintains it's high standard of presentation.
You will also take responsibility as a key holder, opening and closing as well as running shift on Saturdays.Skills & ExperienceAs you will be overseeing the store and staff on Saturdays, it is essential that you bring previous retail or customer service experience -
Previous Duty Manager or Supervisory experience would be an advantage. We need someone who enjoys dealing with people, both customers and staff, and you'll be confident taking charge of staff, but also dealing with a variety of customers.
