That's where you come in

We're looking for an Senior Executive Assistant to join our Parnell office and work directly with our Chief Executive and Leadership team.

You will be a big picture thinker, with the ability to identify and respond to new and emerging issues effectively and efficiently.

You will be able to look at problems from multiple viewpoints and be able to navigate all of the key stakeholder perspectives whilst maintaining the ability to recognise broader business implications.

You will be politically savvy and be able to navigate complexity with ease.

You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be a great listener and have influence at a range of levels in the business.

You will be confident in writing structured, well researched papers with succinct evidence-based recommendations.

What you'll be doing

You will become a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive and provide strategic, organisational and operational advice, support and expertise, as well as leading work as and when required.

You will become a strong communication link for the Executive Leadership team, assisting to maintain direction and progression towards strategic initiatives.

The role will entail preparation of board papers and coordinating meetings with agendas, minutes, and then managing follow up actions.

You will maintain a masterwork programs and calendar for the Executive Leadership team with critical dates, milestones, and reporting requirements.
